We have exciting news to share: our Destination Vacation family is growing! Please help us welcome Heidi, the newest member of our team.
Heidi brings over two decades of experience in client service, business operations, and attention to detail; skills that now shape the way she plans meaningful, personalized travel experiences for her clients. Her transition into travel was inspired by a transformative 2020 trip to Alaska, sparking a passion for exploration that has since taken her to Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Maya, and the Dominican Republic.
She completed her Travel Advisor certification through the Travel Institute and attended the 2026 Edge Travel Leaders conference where she discovered exciting new destinations and evolving travel trends. Heidi is committed to curating her clients’ personal travel itineraries, ensuring every detail reflects their unique interests and travel style so that each trip becomes a truly unforgettable experience.
Outside of her professional work, Heidi spends much of her time outdoors with her two daughters. The three of them enjoy camping, exploring new places and taking out a variety of outdoor adventures. She and her oldest also share interest in archery hunting. Family travel is an important part of their lives and they value the memories they create together on each trip.

We asked Heidi a few fun Questions to get to know her better:
1. You’ve just won an all-expenses-paid trip anywhere in the world. Are you heading for the beach, the mountains, or somewhere completely unexpected?
Maldives!
There’s something about those overwater bungalows sitting above crystal clear turquoise water that has always felt like a dream to me. I’m drawn to destinations that feel like they’re completely removed from the real world and the water is so clear you can see straight to the ocean floor.
2. What are 2-3 items that we will always find in your carry-on bag?
One thing about me: I don’t like being unprepared, so I tend to overpack and always make sure I’m ready for anything.
You’ll always find a snack stash that’s typically eaten while I am waiting to board my flight.
My trusty water bottle that’s been to more destinations than most people’s passports, and a travel pillow so loyal it deserves its own seat.
3. If we are looking for you at 2 pm when you are on vacation, where are you lounging around at the beach, partying it up at the swim–up bar, or ending a crazy, adventurous excursion?
…At 2PM you’ll possibly find me doing all three. I most likely started the morning on a wild excursion, made a pit stop at the swimup bar and somehow ended up on a beach chair with a drink in hand telling myself I’ll go back in the water in five minutes. It’s been two hours. I have not moved. The snacks are gone, the water bottle is empty, and I have absolutely zero regrets. This is the vacation life and I am fully committed to it!”
