I’m Nichole Winter,
a travel advisor of nearly 20 years and the founder of Travelpreneur Summer School. Over the course of my career, I have built my business by consistently attracting and retaining my own clients while developing strong backend systems that support long term, sustainable growth. This hands on experience has shaped the way I approach both client service and business strategy.
In the past five years, my focus has expanded into coaching and education. What began as Travelpreneur Summer School, a three month, six session online program covering mindset, marketing, and business fundamentals, has grown into speaking engagements, my signature Lead Source Tracking method, and ongoing one on one coaching. Today, I work closely with travel advisors and small business owners to help them grow with intention, create consistency, and build a business that truly supports their goals.

We start with a complimentary 30-minute get-to-know-you call so I can understand your goals, challenges, and where you want to go. From there, we commit to 3 months of dedicated twice per month coaching calls tailored entirely to you and your travel business. Items we can unpack and focus on are your goals, tracking, attraction marketing and lead sources.

6-session small group coaching program
A small-group coaching experience designed for travel entrepreneurs who are ready to build, grow, or level up their travel business. Each of the 6 sessions covers a different topic directly related to your success - from branding and marketing to bookings and business systems.
